Your photoUse a clear, well-lit photo. Take it against a plain wall, with your face and outfit visible.

Your permission

We’ll use ChatGPT/OpenAI to make a vinyl likeness from your photo. This does not request a clone of your voice. We’ll agree the script and use of your later agency video with you before producing it. Optional stand-screen use is for this EA Masters event. You can ask us to stop future use at support@modelprop.ai.

I authorise ModelProp to use this photo to create my AvatarProp and to contact me this week about making a video for one of my agency’s properties, areas or services. I’m also happy for my original photo and finished avatar to appear side by side on the EA Masters stand screen. Optional — you can still have your avatar without joining the screen.

Your contact details stay private. If you choose the stand screen, your original photo and finished avatar will be shown together. Without that permission, both stay off the public screen. We won’t add you to a marketing mailing list through this form. Privacy information ↗
